Acadle sub-processors
Acadle acts as a data processor for the learner data in your academy. To deliver the service we use a small number of carefully selected sub-processors. This page lists them, what they are used for and the categories of data they may handle, so your security, privacy and procurement teams can complete a vendor review.

Notice of changes
We keep this list current. If we add or replace a sub-processor that processes customer personal data, we update this page. Customers on a data processing agreement can request notification of changes by emailing us.
Safeguards
Each sub-processor is reviewed before onboarding, bound by a data processing agreement with confidentiality obligations, and where data leaves the EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
