Learner walkthrough

Acadle User Side Walkthrough

An 8-minute tour of what your customers, employees and partners actually see inside a branded Acadle academy.

Runtime: 8 minutes

What the walkthrough covers

What to expect from the tour

This walkthrough follows a single learner from their first sign-in to their first certificate, so you can judge the experience your customers, employees or partners will actually get. Everything shown runs on your domain, under your branding, with no Acadle logo in sight.

The tour starts at access. Learners can sign in with email, single sign-on, Active Directory or LinkedIn, which removes the usual friction of remembering another password. From there they land on a personalised dashboard that shows what they have started, what is due next and any live session coming up.

Next comes the learning itself: video lessons, documents, SCORM packages and live sessions, with progress saved automatically so a learner can start on a laptop and finish on a phone. Quizzes confirm understanding, and passing one issues a branded certificate the learner can download or share.

The last part of the tour covers community. Learners ask questions in the forum, answer each other, and see their contribution reflected on the leaderboard — which is what turns a course catalogue into an academy people come back to.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the learner walkthrough?
About eight minutes. It runs end to end, from sign-in to certificate and community, with no signup required to watch.
Do learners see Acadle branding?
No. The academy is fully white-labelled — your domain, logo, colours and typography — so learners experience it as part of your product.
How do learners sign in?
Email and password, single sign-on, Active Directory or LinkedIn access, depending on what you enable for your academy.
Does progress carry across devices?
Yes. Lesson progress, quiz results and certificates are tied to the learner record, so they can switch between desktop and mobile without losing their place.
Can learners get certificates?
Yes. Completing a course or passing its quiz can issue a branded certificate that learners download or share on LinkedIn.
