What makes an <strong>employee an integrated part<\/strong> of the organization? How can the best resources be retained to strengthen the human capital of the organization?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The answer lies in one thing that is <strong>learning and development<\/strong>. Inner motivation is always considered the best factor that encourages anyone to pursue the desired objective.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The learning that employees get within the organization develops their intellect and helps in their <strong>career growth along with the company&#8217;s growth<\/strong>. This in turn motivates the employees internally to continue in the same organization to become more <strong>capable, more productive, gain more skill<\/strong>s, and more efficiently by utilizing the various training that they receive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only training but there are other deciding factors as well. Such as the c<strong>ompany\u2019s policy, its engagement, onboarding process<\/strong>, etc. The more flexible and easy these are the more employee retention.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To summarize it can be said that,<strong> onboarding, induction, administration, training, management, automation<\/strong>, etc. matters equally to running a business successfully. This is a major task that is handled by the <strong>Human Resource Department.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementation of these altogether results in building valuable assets within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is overwhelming to know that the above-mentioned can be successfully achieved through an<strong> LMS (Learning Management System)<\/strong>.
