In the previous article, we saw the whole idea of GTech and \ud835\udfb5Learn materialized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just in case you have not gone through it, then please<a href=\"https:\/\/acadle.com\/blog\/%f0%9d%9e%b5learn-next-level-of-innovative-learning\/\"> read it here<\/a> to better understand the journey and process of the \ud835\udfb5Learn in this article.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \ud835\udfb5Learn realizing the problem of lacking synchronization between the different stakeholders of education and employment has tried to rightly address the <strong>facilitation problem<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The coming month would complete a year when this whole initiative has started. Within this one year period \ud835\udfb5Learn has successfully collaborated&nbsp;with many different stakeholders that can be broadly grouped into the following four groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Academic and technology Focus group<\/strong>: here are <strong>200+ major IT companies <\/strong>that play the role of mentors and provide Industry demand Aggregation.<\/li><li><strong>Tech and OpenSource Communities<\/strong>: here is where the fellow students and mentors joined together through different communities such as <strong>SingularityU, FAYA: 80, ThinkerHub<\/strong>, and many more. That focuses on technologies such as AI, AV-AR, Blockchain, etc..<\/li><li><strong>Universities<\/strong>: Here comes the major chunk of students and enablers from <strong>150+ engineering colleges<\/strong> under KTU.<\/li><li><strong>Nodal Agencies<\/strong>: there are many agencies that have collaborated and joined, such as <strong>Kerala STARTUP MISSION, ASAP, ICFOSS<\/strong>, etc. that help students acquire skills under their mentoring.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These collaborations have made \ud835\udfb5Learn a huge success within a short span of time; here are some stats to justify this success:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>10K+ Members<\/strong> that include everyone.<\/li><li><strong>160+ College<\/strong>s from where the potential learners, and enablers join.<\/li><li><strong>120+ Enablers<\/strong> who not only improve themselves but also provide guidance.<\/li><li><strong>100+ Mentors<\/strong> to lead the students in the right direction.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>15 community partner<\/strong>s to bring a competitive collaboration.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>12 interest groups<\/strong> to enable peer learning.<\/li><li><strong>200+ companies<\/strong> to introduce more technologies and give hands-on experience.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>4 flagship programs<\/strong> to carry forward the whole initiative, <strong>Young Innovation Program (YIP)<\/strong> being one among them.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are guided on the <strong>Discord platform<\/strong> by &nbsp;(discord bot- in memory of Aaron Swartz)Aaronchettan that in general allows ATFG to conduct activities on a massive scale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students once joined are given some Basic Enablement Tasks such as <strong>GitHub, HTML<\/strong> basics, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many Kick-Off Courses that are provided such as <strong>Placement Preparation<\/strong> for Third-year students, Programming Foundations for first and second-year students, and <strong>Full Stack Engineering Bootcamps<\/strong> that pay special attention to final-year students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many<strong> student-led sessions<\/strong> conducted to build leadership quality in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Inspiration Station Radio<\/strong> is run by the students to enhance the communication and connection between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many <strong>Community-Led Sessions<\/strong> held and students are given challenges that bring out the best in them.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similar is the<strong> company-led sessions<\/strong> that prepare the students for interviews and build the required skills in them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yet there are other sessions and programs that increase engagement, enablement, integrations, connectivity, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the ways through which students learn and earn <strong>karma points<\/strong>. Their activities can be traced through their personal<strong> scorecard<\/strong> that includes everything that they have been doing on the platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be used as a reference to their potential in the future.
